Dawn practices in the firm’s Real Estate Group, working on complex transactional matters as well as representing clients in litigation. Dawn helps clients purchase, sell, lease, finance and develop residential developments and commercial properties. She also represents clients in litigation matters, vigorously asserting and defending their rights and claims with integrity. Dawn has significant experience dealing with governmental entities, having previously served as in-house counsel with Utah’s largest land management agency for nearly a decade, as well as being an assistant attorney general in the litigation division of the Utah Attorney General’s Office.
Dawn has enjoyed serving on several non-profit boards. She loves photography and spending time outdoors with family, hiking, and mountain biking.
