Haden is an attorney with the firm’s business services team, specializing in corporate finance, M&A, and investment fund formation. He firmly believes in the value of hard work, providing his clients with consistent, diligent, and high-quality service.

Haden graduated from the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. During law school, he served as a Quinney Research Fellow for Professor Erika George and was acknowledged for his contributions to Professor George’s book, “Incorporating Human Rights.” Haden also interned with the Honorable Justice Paige Petersen of the Utah Supreme Court and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Originally from Page, Arizona, Haden is a regular attendee of Cardinals, Diamondbacks, and Suns games. You can also find him on the slopes or at the skatepark.
