Haden is an attorney with the firm’s business services team. His areas of practice include all areas of corporate law; investment fund formation; mergers and acquisitions; and real estate. Haden firmly believes in the value of hustle and his clients benefit from consistent, diligent, and quality service.

Haden is a graduate of the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. During law school Haden served as a Quinney Research Fellow for Professor Erika George and was acknowledged for his work in Professor George’s book “Incorporating Human Rights.” Haden also interned with both the Honorable Justice Paige Petersen of the Utah Supreme Court and the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Haden is originally from northern Arizona. He is a regular attendee of both Arizona Cardinals and Phoenix Suns games. You can also find him on the slopes or at the skatepark.
