Kaden Dailey joined York Howell in 2025 as part of the firm’s business planning team. Kaden’s practice is focused on real estate, business planning, formation, corporate governance, commercial transactions, and mergers & acquisitions. He drafts, reviews, and negotiates a wide variety of business contracts. He assists business clients throughout their life cycles – from formation and selection to acquisitions and exits.
Kaden earned his bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in writing and rhetoric at the University of Utah. He earned his Juris Doctor at the University of Colorado Law School. Kaden was the Student Bar Association Treasurer, a member of the Colorado Technology Law Journal, and President of the Barrister’s Council Transactional Division. Upon graduation from law school, Kaden earned Tax Emphasis and Entrepreneurial Law Certificates.
When not in the office, Kaden loves spending time outside. He is an avid sports fan. He loves all Utah teams and all Colorado teams (at least the sports that Utah doesn’t have yet). Kaden enjoys playing golf, basketball, hiking, and snowboarding.
