Spencer earned his Juris Doctor, with High Honors, from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and received his bachelor’s degree in international relations from Brigham Young University.
Outside of the office, Spencer enjoys spending time with his wife, their daughters, and their Australian Shepherd, Zoey. He is an avid photographer and enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, and exploring new places with his family.
