Spencer Witt is an attorney at York Howell. Spencer’s areas of practice include foundational and advanced estate planning, asset protection planning, and business planning and structuring. Spencer also assists clients with trademark applications and office action responses, leases, buy-sell agreements, and other business transactions. Spencer is an active member of the Utah State Bar.

Spencer earned his Juris Doctor with High Honors at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at BYU.

Outside the office, Spencer enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, and their Blue Merle Australian shepherd, Zoey. Spencer is an avid photographer and enjoys reading, hiking, and traveling.
