Steven R. Paul is a partner at York Howell, joining the firm at the end of 2025. He began practicing law in Oregon in 1995 and relocated to Utah in 1997, where he has built nearly three decades of experience handling a wide range of civil and commercial matters.

Mr. Paul maintains a diverse litigation practice that includes personal injury and medical malpractice, general civil and commercial litigation, contract disputes, corporate organization and dispute resolution, civil and criminal appeals, bankruptcy, estate planning, and estate litigation. His broad background allows him to approach complex legal issues with strategic insight, practical judgment, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

He is fluent in English and Spanish.
