Zephraim Childs is a Law Clerk on David R. York’s team, where he joined in 2025 to support the estate planning practice. He began his law studies at the University of Idaho in Boise in the fall of 2023, pursuing his J.D. before transferring to the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law for his second year. During law school, Zeph excelled in writing and business classes and looks forward to applying his law education as an attorney in the areas of estate planning, tax planning, and business succession.

 

Zeph enjoys watching college wrestling and college football (especially the Oregon Ducks), and he loves to hike and participate in casual sports like volleyball and swimming. He is also an avid skier at Brighton, Solitude, and Snowbird.
