Spencer Witt is an attorney at York Howell. Spencer’s practice is focused on estate and tax planning, asset protection planning, and business planning. Spencer assists business clients with business structuring, formation, planning, as well as trademark prosecution, buy-sell agreements, and other business transactions.

Spencer is an active member of the Utah State Bar and serves on the executive board for the Salt Lake Estate Planning Council.

Spencer earned his Juris Doctor with High Honors at the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and his Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at BYU.

Outside the office, Spencer enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, and their Australian shepherd, Zoey. Spencer is an avid photographer, and enjoys reading, movies, hiking, and traveling.
